From Hearts To Heirloom Vase

A collaborative vessel created by Perth ceramicist Elvira McKenzie in partnership with Cassi George, as part of an ongoing Studio Societé project.

This piece sits at the centre of the collection, exploring themes of care, continuity and the quiet passage of objects through time. Its generous scale and sculptural form allow Cassi George’s painted language to move fully into three dimensions- where gesture, colour, and material are held with intention.

The form invites use and presence, while remaining grounded in restraint; an object conceived not for display alone, but to live alongside everyday rituals.

Approximately 26.5 cm at its widest point and 19.5 cm tall.

Due to the nature of the materials and finish, this piece is not intended for prolonged use with water.
